Fashion Washington of Washington Post hosted a private reception to celebrate the One Year Anniversary of Fashion Delegate. FD honored nationally renowned fashion label ESPION by Deidre Jefferies and presented her with a surprise introduction and collaboration with celebrity stylist Diandre Tristan (stylist for Good Morning America and recently styled Rihanna’s ‘California King Bed’ video).  Artwork by Lisa Jones decorated the walls of the penthouse with a portion of the sale proceeds benefitting Becky’s Fund. The crowd of politicos, fashion leaders, Hollywood insiders and athletes mingled and enjoyed tastings by personal Redskins’ Chef Michael Stevenson. In attendance was Hollywood movie director Sheldon Candis…who’s in town working on a film project starring Danny Glover, Dennis Haysbert, Common and Meagan Good. Also in attendance were Clinton Portis, movie producer and former Def Jam producer Sean Banks, and Harpist Rashida Jolley who just completed the Monster’s Ball tour with Lady Gaga.
